Out of all the multi-billion dollar companies like Walmart, DHL and Anheuser-Busch that pre-ordered Telsa’s Semi Truck, Pepsi ordered the most. How much you ask? Just 100. Its not clear as to how much Pepsi actually paind to have their 100 trucks reserved but reservation prices can go somewhere from $5000USD to $10,000USD.
Many other major companies are pre-ordering these Semi trucks because they can save their owners thousands of dollars annually on maintenance and gasoline.
The semi-trucks will complement PepsiCo’s U.S. fleet of nearly 10,000 big rigs and are a key part of its plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across its supply chain by a total of at least 20 percent by 2030.
